With a unique blend of technical expertise and real estate experience, I bring a comprehensive understanding of property ownership, construction, and management to my role as a Realtor®, Licensed Property Manager, and Broker at Kensington Real Estate Studio.

A graduate of SIAST with a diploma in Architectural and Building Technologies, I have built a diverse career spanning architecture, residential and commercial construction, project management, facility management, property management, and real estate sales. My professional background includes experience with SaskPower and SaskTel, along with the Facility Management Professional (FMP) and Applied Science Technologist (A.Sc.T.) designations.

My hands-on knowledge of buildings, combined with extensive property management experience, allows me to see beyond the surface and understand the long-term value, functionality, and potential of a property. Whether working with buyers, sellers, property owners, or investors, I provide practical insight, professional guidance, and personalized service to help clients make confident, informed decisions.

At Kensington Real Estate Studio, my goal is to build lasting relationships and deliver real estate solutions grounded in experience, integrity, and a genuine understanding of each client's needs.

I am an experienced property management professional with over 11 years in the industry, bringing a strong background in financial management, condominium administration, and organizational governance. As a former Managing Partner at Wascana Property Management Ltd., I oversaw the financial operations of more than 50 properties, including condominium, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. I also served as a Community Manager with Nicor Community Management, gaining extensive experience in condominium operations and Saskatchewan condominium legislation.

In addition to my property management experience, I bring more than 10 years of non-profit management experience and six years with the Government of Saskatchewan. My diverse background provides a strong foundation in financial accountability, regulatory compliance, and working collaboratively with boards and stakeholders.

I am a licensed Property Manager and member of the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission. I am committed to delivering professional, transparent, and dependable management services that support property owners, condominium boards, and thriving communities.

Angie has worked in property management for over 12 years. She has experience in managing a variety of properties including condominiums and mixed-use commercial properties. She has experience handling a large portfolio which has resulted in her being very detail oriented as well as organized and efficient. She is very experienced in navigating the Condominium Property Act, 1993 as well as the Condominium Property regulations, 2001.

Alyssa has worked in property management for more than 13 years.  She has experience in managing a variety of properties including condominiums, commercial and residential properties.  After completing the required property management courses in 2016, Alyssa chose to further her skills by receiving her Administrative Professional Diploma from Robertson College.   Over the years Alyssa has polished her organizational, and communication skills while growing her interpersonal skills that she continues using as a property administrator.
